About us
Welcome!
We are Justin and KaLinda Primeaux, owners of Path and Table, and we are so glad you are here! Path and Table was birthed out of a pursuit of health and healing for ourselves and our family. We live and breathe the products and education that we provide, and we believe that they will enhance your lifestyle and help your body operate in its natural healing ability!
The Way Things Should Be
Here at Path and Table, we believe that the closer we can be with God’s design, the more our bodies, minds, and spirits will naturally thrive! We aim to live close to the earth, close to our food and water, and close to each other. In essence, we focus on nature, nourishment, and connection.
We believe that your body is intelligently designed by a good Creator and is incredibly brilliant and resilient. When it is given both healthy ingredients and a healthy environment, even after years of struggle, we believe it has the capability to move towards healing.
What we offer
Our products are offered with this in mind, as another piece of the puzzle to encourage LIFE. We offer nourishing spice blends to help make home cooking simple and delicious, as well as herbal tea blends, plant starts, and household goods.
While you can find us at local markets cooking and selling our homestead goods, here on this website we offer plenty of educational blogs to help you live a more natural lifestyle and empower you to create nutrient-dense meals at home.
Nourishing our bodies is a top priority in our home, but we strive to make it delicious and fun for our kids, educating and empowering them. We love making things from scratch, even to the point of growing it ourselves if we can. Kombucha, sourdough, sauerkraut, yogurt, butter, salad dressing, spice blends – and learning more every year. We hope to pass along this excitement to you!
A note from KaLinda:
Justin has had a passion for cooking for a large part of his life. Having worked in restaurants for over 10 years, he understands the ins and outs of the kitchen and loves to put his own creative spin on recipes.
Lucky me! He’s such a good cook that I would choose his food over most restaurants any day. With Justin’s “insider” perspective, I now understand the quality that most restaurants are using. The thought of spending my hard-earned money for cheap ingredients that could negatively impact my health just isn’t fun for me anymore!
Thus, we desire to give others the same quality that we would want for ourselves.

Finally: The Food Forest
We believe that anyone can grow food! Yes, that includes those who think they have a black thumb. Gardening isn’t complicated, but it’s an opportunity to learn. Here we want to inspire and encourage you to grow as much food as you can in the space you have available. We are in the process of creating a “food forest,” and it’s such a rewarding and exciting process. You start to look at lawns as wasted space and wonder why all people don’t turn their yards into gardens?!
We invite you to take a look around. We’ve provided some of our favorite recipes for you to try that are filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients. Visit our Kitchen Garden blog to learn how you can grow your own groceries at home, even in a small space! Finally, visit our Nutrition blog for articles exploring how we can optimize our bodies to function at their best.
Thanks for stopping by!
